Gold By Ida strives to make you feel like you’ve made your truly best decision. If for any reason are are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return your items based on our return and exchange policy below
Online Returns -
- We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
- We do not refund for the cost of shipping
- Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Box
- Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense)
Gold By Ida reserves the right to refuse an exchange or repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
Exchange process for orders:
- Please place your jewelry item in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
- Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
- Bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided

- To start a return, you can contact us at 786-557-0029.
- After we receive and have inspected they items and accepted
- We will send you a return shipping address.
- Delivery costs are NOT covered by Gold By Ida.
- Please make sure to return in the same box and packaging that items were received.

If you throw out the Gold By Ida box please make sure to pack in something safe where the jewelry will not be damaged.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES -
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours.

If an item is defective or damaged or you have you received the wrong item.
An item is missing from your order. -
It is crucial to notify us within this 24-hour window so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution, as we rely on timely notification to address such matters effectively. Once your claim is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label at our expense to facilitate the return.
